Auditing

We undertake various Audit assignments as required under various corporate laws, including the Companies Act, SEBI, RBI, Banks, Cooperative Societies,  GST, Income Tax of various Ministries, etc.

  1. Special Audit under Section 66(1) of the Central Goods & Service Tax Act, 2017.
  2. Cost Audit Vide Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Rules, 2014 under section 148(2),
  3. Internal Audit under Section 138(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
  4. Stock Audit, Concurrent Audit, Forensic Audit, and other professional services of various Public Sector and Private Sector Banks in India, Cooperative Banks and Financial Institutions, including NABARD, etc.
  5. Financial Audit of Cooperative Societies.
  6. Compliance Officer as per SEBI Regulation 20(1) with Investment Adviser.
  7. Half-yearly Internal Audit of stock brokers/trading members/clearing members/Credit rating Agencies/Registrars to an Issue / Share Transfer Agents (RTAs/share reconciliation audit of issuer companies authorised by Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
  8. Audit for Metering and Billing Accuracy – authorised to conduct an audit for Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
  9. Audit of Digital Addressable System -in accordance with the regulatory framework for digital addressable systems, comprising the “Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Service Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017 as per TRAI regulations.
  10. As an Auditor in the Definitions of Auditor under Para 2(d) of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedures for calculating the expected revenue from tariffs and charges) Regulations, 2010.
  11. Statutory Auditors under the Value Added Tax Act.
  12. Certifying e-forms that are to be filled by companies under the Companies Act, 2013.
  13. Section 149 (4) read with Rule 5 of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014: Independent Director
  14. Inventory and Stores Audit.
  15. Fixed Assets Audit and Its Physical Verification with Maintenance of Registers of Fixed Assets.
  16. System Auditor.
  17. Broadly, Audit involves the following in Special Cases:
  • In-depth study of existing systems, procedures, and controls for proper understanding. Suggestions for improvement and strengthening.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and statutes.
  • Comprehensive review to ensure that the accounts are prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Policies and applicable Accounting Standards/IFRS.
  • Checking the genuineness of the expenses booked in accounts.
  • Reporting inefficiencies at any operational level.
  • Detection and prevention of leakages of income and suggesting corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Certification of the books of account being in agreement with the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account.
